Producer’s Circle       $5,000

 The Producer’s Circle consists of a group of dedicated supporters who share a passion for extraordinary theatre created by the most talented artists working today. At this level of sponsorship you will enjoy receptions with cast members and special guests. Included in this package are twenty complimentary tickets for each production, a show souvenir gift, complimentary concessions and recognition on the donors’ plaque displayed in the theatre lobby and acknowledgement in each production program. When available all Producer’s Circle donors receive priority seating and never wait in line.

Designer’s Circle         $1000

Members in the Designer’s Circle will receive two tickets to each production during the season with a special invitation to the cast meet and greet receptions.  Enjoy complimentary concessions while attending the productions and special recognition on the donor’s plaque displayed in the theatre lobby and acknowledgment in each production program.

Actor’s Circle                $250

Enjoy the amenities of the Actor’s Circle including two tickets to each production during the season with a special invitation to the cast meet and greet receptions.  As a member of the Actor’s Circle, you will be recognized on the donor’s plaque displayed in the theatre lobby and acknowledged in each production program.

Director’s Circle         $2500

Donors of $2500 will be welcomed into our Director’s Circle with four tickets to each production during the season.  Donors enjoy opportunities to deepen their theatre experience by participating in special receptions with the cast and guest artists.  Director’s Circle donors also receive complimentary concessions at each performance. Director’s Circle donors’ names are recognized on the donor plaque displayed in the theatre lobby and in each production program.

Playwright’s Circle       $500

In the Playwright’s Circle will receive two tickets to each production during the season with a special invitation to the cast meet and greet receptions. Playwright Circle donors are recognized on the donor’s plaque displayed in the theatre lobby and acknowledged in each production program.

We are writing to you today on behalf of the Hampton University Repertory Theatre. Our theater is dedicated to providing top-notch cultural and artistic experiences for our community and beyond, and we would like to invite you to join us in our efforts to make this a reality.
